They are exceptional and very professional
I love this company and what it has done for my son. He went to having behaviors multiple times a day to barely having two. He is learning skills I would of never thought he could learn. They don’t just work with the children but also with the parents and school to make sure he is successful. They are positive people and give ABA therapy a good name. I highly recommend them.
I cannot praise enough for their exceptional professionalism in handling our family member. They truly excel in making us feel comfortable and at ease. Their expertise in working with children is evident, and their care and support have been invaluable. I highly recommend their service to anyone seeking assistance for kids.
Thank you so much for sharing and providing us with feedback. Blooming Horizons strives to give the best care and support all while having the passion to help our clients learn and excel on a daily basis.

Warm, wonderful, caring staff takes their time with our family and my sons assessment. Kevin has great perspective and experience with his child sharing some of the challenges we encounter daily. Highly recommend and truly a 5 star review!!

We look forward to continuing to provide top notch evidence-based ABA Therapy services to your child.
We only did an assessment here and decided not to move forward with it. There were several red flags for me, but the biggest issue was the amount of hours they were demanding. They recommended my 2 year old do 35 hours a week at the assessment, then in the follow up email changed it to 40 hours like they forgot whatever number they told me before. When I told them I wasn't comfortable with that amount, they never asked what I would like or what would work for us, just said he can do 30 the first week and then move to 40, period. Then stated that ABA is a 'medical necessity' which is not true...ABA is just one of several therapy options we can take or leave. The wording definitely felt like an attempt to bully me into going along with something I wasn't comfortable with. 40 hours is the absolute maximum amount recommended for any child and didn't make sense for my son's level or need. Conveniently, though, 40 is the maximum billable hours covered by his insurance. When I asked if they could avoid using hand over hand, they said no; that it was vital to his 'programming' to give their staff control. They do not allow parents to watch any sessions in person, and ask that you do not drop by. Transparency is crucial to building trust with any new caregiver, but a million times more so when your child is nonverbal! I shared my concerns with some other parents who have toddlers in ABA as well as a former BCBA, and all agreed it sounded very cold, clinical, sketchy and off in general.
The bottom line is that ABA is not the only option for your child, and neither is this center. A good therapist will collaborate *with you*
and your family to meet your needs, and treat your child as an individual and a human being above all rather than an insurance pay out...that is what our kiddos on the spectrum really need in order to thrive, so please don't feel pressured to go with the first thing available.
We want to thank you for having the trust and support in our company to provide your child with ABA Therapy. We look forward to continuing to help your child excel and make huge strides! We are here to support you in anyway we can!
Thank you for being a part of our family at Blooming Horizons!
