Well organised brilliant route, brutal but would do it again
Great communication before and after the race.
Extremely well signed route.
Well stocked, organised and manned aid stations.
As always Insurance Life put on a really great event.
Classic Quarter is a tough run (lots of climbing and descending) but fantastic way to experience Cornish coast including coves and small villages. Route marking great, no navigation issues. Can do by public transport, I did train to Penzance then event coach next morning to start and local bus service back to Penzance from finish.
Classic Quarter this year was fantastic. Our team had a brilliant experience and we will definitely back to do it again.
Fantastic time running Classic Quarter again, couldn't get lost, the whole 44 mile route was so perfectly marked. Endurance life organisers and marshals obviously take such pleasure in putting on these events, they are always so happy, welcoming, accommodating and have big encouraging smiles on their faces at checkpoints as well as finish line. Would highly recommend their events
This event is excellent and these guys certainly know how to host and safe and inclusive race. The location and scenery are second to none, super friendly vibe with everyone involved. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in event running.
Amazingly well organized from emails before events and to on the day instructions. The atmosphere was great and the volunteers were helpful. Will definitely race with this company again.

Great event, well organised, a shame they have a mixed pairs category but no recognition or prizes for them.
Really really enjoyed the Classic Quarter. It’s such a well organised event and the race crew are so helpful. It’s very challenging, and would certainly recce the course, but so rewarding. 5 stars 🌟
2025 was my second year at the event so this is an update. Still the same great vibe and good organisation. It’s less ‘corporate’ than others- and more reasonably priced. It nails the fundamentals and is suitable for people new into the sport and experienced trail runners alike
