Great event as always.
Trail running at a location that is testing.
Weather played a big part in this.
Was tough but would love to go back and do it again.

Loved the Northumberland half marathon. It was a beautiful coastal run on sand dunes, beaches and over rocks. We were very fortunate with the weather as the sun was shining and no real wind! It’s not an easy run under foot but loved the challenge. I will hopefully be returning next year and would like the same weather please 😂
Awesome Northumberland Trail Marathon experience on Saturday 22nd Feb! Staying in Bamburgh we had a short walk to the finish area, then transported by coach to the marathon start and an amazing experience during the event including check point refreshments/water stops, route markers and support/marshalls en route. The weather was also perfect for the race and made for a very scenic and memorable day!
Beautiful route in amazing an countryside and coastal setting. Friendly and helpful marshalling with a very encouraging finish area. Loved it!
Lush route, not a course for a PB, but stunning. Well organised, no hanging around.
Beautiful location. Friendly EL staff and volunteers. Well organised. Easy parking. Could've done with more toilets for women

Loved my first Endurance Life event along the Northumberland coastline - I'll definitely be back for more!
Amazing location for an event. Really well run and the organisation of the coaches to the start line was extremely helpful. In addition to the transport of bags from the start line to the finish. All email communication was excellent and the team were very happy to answer questions.
My only suggestion would be to consider using chips to measure time rather than the barcode scanning.
