Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

I’m grateful for my coaching experience with Fired Up Space. From the very beginning, I felt supported and genuinely cared for. The whole process is thoughtfully structured while still offering flexibility and a variety of coaches to choose from, which really matters, because finding someone you truly click with makes all the difference.
I had the chance to work with Melina Stöver, and she has been absolute gold! Melina meets you exactly where you are. Her guidance is not one-size-fits-all. She listens deeply, adapts to your personality and needs, and supports you in a way that feels both empowering and grounding. I always felt seen, understood, and gently challenged in the best possible way.
I also really liked that the coaching didn’t feel like someone is´fixing´ me. Instead, it felt like being guided back to myself to my own clarity, strength, and path. The process helped me reconnect with what was already inside me but needed space and the right questions to surface.
I can truly recommend the experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Seda through Fired Up platform, as my product manager coach and career coach, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Every session was extremely well-structured, hands-on, and highly individualized. As a strong and experienced product manager, she quickly identified my knowledge gaps and tailored our sessions to address them directly.
What was especially valuable was the way she evaluated case studies with me. She has a deep understanding of what hiring managers look for in the product management space, and her feedback was always very targeted and practical. This made our work feel highly relevant and focused on real PM expectations, not just theory.
We also did mock interviews and worked through real-world scenarios, which helped me improve both my thinking and my delivery. Thanks to her guidance, I gained a lot of confidence in my product management skills and interview performance. I would strongly recommend Seda to anyone looking for structured, hands-on, and impactful product or career coaching.

I did my coaching with Julia Karmo and can highly recommend her! The overall process from reaching out, to getting support from the Fired Up team to secure my AVGS was flawless. The coaching sessions were tailored to what I needed and the other resources you get access to are also helpful. Thanks very much to Julia and the rest of the Fired Up team.

What a great company. Elise is an amazing coach. I didn't really know what to expect but she ticked all the box. She is gentle and motivating while hearing and reassuring about your fears and energy levels. I always left the sessions feeling confident and ready to go forward. 150% recommend.

It was a great experience participating in the Project Management with AI course! Thanks to a great team of educators as well as cohort.

Absolute Empfehlung!
