Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

Das Job Coaching und die Performance vom Team um Clara (Gründerin) von Fired Up hat mich außerordentlich gut geholfen und nicht zuletzt in Punkto Leadership für mich selbst. Die Sessions waren kontinuierlich von Flexibilität und Offenheit geprägt; eine Ware Allianz mit Fired Up mit dem Ziel ein neuer Arbeitgeber zu finden und neue Wege zu gehen. Sehr professionell und dazu herzlich. Es hat viel bewirkt. Ein großes Dankeschön, vor allem auch an Leonie.

Das Coaching bei Lisa (Altenpohl) war wirklich genau das was ich gebraucht habe. In fast jeder Session bin ich mit einem inneren Knoten reingegangen und war jedes Mal vom Neuen überrascht wieder rauszugehen in einem komplett anderen Zustand: gelöst und mit neuer, unerwarteter Perspektive.
Das tat so gut nicht alles im Kopf, mit dem Verstand, zu bewegen, sondern auf somatisch/Nervensystem-ebene zu schauen was zu dem Thema sich bewegt. Dadurch erfuhr ich eine Rückverbinding zu mir selbst und Zugang zu dem was unter der Oberfläche darauf gewartet hat angeschaut zu werden, damit es sich lösen könnte.
Lisa's Begleitung durch diese Ebenen hat zugleich den Fokus gehalten während sie auch viel Raum gelassen hat. Ich bin so dankbar für die Arbeit mit Lisa!

I got their add from instagram and it seemed interesting, I contacted them and got an intro appointment super quick, I introduced myself and mentioned my specific need for help and got suggested 3 different coaches with whom I had chemistry calls and chose the one who I felt more aligned with my expectations. I have been working in engineering and want to pivot to fashion but I also needed help to see what are my skills and what to do with them. This is how I met my coach Shamin Hassomal who worked for years in retail and has a lot of coaching experience. She made so many deep questions and got to know who I was, I always felt extremely comfortable and safe to share my fears, my goals and my experience. Every session we discussed what to focus on and I got so much clarity and understanding, a lot of confidence about how to move forward and how to use my skills for my next career steps. Shamin is truly knowledgeable and is so profoundly human, all her words were always encouraging and yet very honest. It truly was an excellent experience. In the middle of the process, firedup check on me to see if I was enjoying my coaching or if I would like to change coach, which I also appreciated. Their platform gives the classic CV and Job search skills that a "regular job search coach course" would provide, so I was thankful to have the content and being able to do it at my own pace, their material is insighful and extremely helpful. Overall excellent experience with them, I can only recommend!

I worked with Mila P. for several months and she supported me in building the foundation of my company. She combines sharp strategic thinking with a very human way of guiding you forward. I had such a great experience with Fired Up. I had 3 separate meetings before I chose the career coach that I wanted to work with. It was nice of them to make sure that I got along well with the coach. After choosing Melina Stöver, I knew I was in good hands. She not only helped me prepare for and feel confident during interviews, but also showed me how to handle the rejections and exhaustion that come with finding a new job. I went into the coaching having no idea what was wrong with my applications despite my education and experience, and we worked together to highlight what needed to be highlighted to get a job. Honestly, such a great experience overall. I feel more prepared than ever to find a new job and be mentally grounded.
