Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

Professionell, fundiert, empathisch, zeitgemäß. Ich wurde hier vorab sehr kompetent telefonisch eingeführt und beraten von Louise Phipps, die mir außerdem drei sehr passende Coach-Vorschläge gemacht hat. Man wird auch weiterhin im Prozess eng begleitet, was sehr viel Vertrauen und Transparenz schafft.

Meine Coachperson Caroline Scheffold war schließlich ein Match made in Heaven. Sie ist sehr individuell und emphatisch auf meine Situation und meine Themen eingegangen, hat tolle Tools und Skills parat – und vor allem viel Menschenkenntnis und Einfühlungsvermögen, um meine Coaching-Erfahrung sehr wertvoll und sinnhaft für mich zu gestalten. Und das nicht nur bei der Jobfindung, sondern vor allem auch auch in meiner persönlichen Entwicklung. Tausend Dank dafür!

Das digitale Begleitprogramm (Job Search Companion) ist sehr ausführlich und deckt viel ab. Auch wenn mich nicht alles überzeugt hat und einiges auf meinen Bereich so gar nicht passte, habe ich hier noch einiges mitgenommen. (Dran bleiben lohnt sich, einiges war mir anfangs zu flach, es geht aber doch in die Tiefe und hat sicher für alle Teilnehmenden sehr nützliche Tipps und Hilfestellungen.) Dennoch hätte ich mir mehr Stunden mit Carolin gewünscht, vielleicht würden ein paar Stunden weniger für das digitale Programm reichen...
