Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

Während ich mit der Online Plattform nicht so viel anfangen konnte, war das persönliche Coaching mit Matthias Härter wirklich absolut Premium.
Mit sehr entspannter, flexibler und offen neugieriger Haltung konnten wir auch Themenfelder erkunden, die nur entfernt mit der Lohnarbeitssuche zu tun hatten und doch letztendlich total wesentlich waren, um mir klar zu werden, was ich denn diesbezüglich will und brauche. Matthias Fähigkeit, in Resonanz zu gehen und seine Weisheit zu teilen, empfand ich dabei als sehr wohltuend und unterstützend.
Hat alle Erwartungen an ein Jobcosching übertroffen. Vielen Dank!

The entire application process with the Arbeitsagentur was seamlessly handled, and the support from team members Ambra and Paul was invaluable whenever I needed it. Finding a coach that I vibed with was made easy and felt pressure-free. The coaching sessions themselves really helped me dive deeper into figuring out what I need to do, to get to where I want to be. I was supported in negotiations about wages, I built up my networking skills and even gained some new connections through my coach. I highly recommend signing up, if you feel at all lost or even just wanting to fine tune your approach to your career.

Ich habe vor Kurzem mein Coaching bei Fired Up Space mit Matthias Härter abgeschlossen und ich bin extrem dankbar über die Unterstützung, die ich dadurch bekommen habe. Würde es jedem aus vollstem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Der Start meiner beruflichen Neuorientierung war mit vielen Ängsten und Unsicherheiten verbunden und ich wusste vor dem Coaching lange nicht, in welche Richtung ich mich bewegen kann oder will. Matthias hat sich mit seinem einfühlsamen und therapeutischen Ansatz zuallererst um meine Gefühle (Angst, Druck, Stress, etc.) gekümmert und das war genau das, was ich gebraucht habe, um wieder klar sehen zu können. Wir haben uns auch meinen bisherigen Werdegang, meine Kompetenzen und Interessen angeschaut und darauf basierend einen Weg definiert, über den ich mich richtig freue. Wir haben uns aber auch über andere Themen ausgetauscht und vor allem viel zusammen gelacht und es hat auch einfach Spaß gemacht. Das ist toll.

Das Coaching beinhaltet auch eine Online-Platform, auf der sehr umfassende Tips rund um den Bewerbungsprozess zu finden sind. Das sind vor allem Videos, kleinere Artikel und Aufgaben. Sehr, sehr viele hilfreiche Infos dabei! Und wenn man dazu irgendwelche Rückfragen hat, kann man diese mit seiner/seinem Coach*in besprechen.

Alles in allem schöne, herzliche und vor allem hilfreiche Erfahrung. Es mag kitschig klingen, aber ich versuche mich jetzt in etwas, das ich schon seit Jahren gern machen will, aber mich vorher nicht so richtig getraut habe. Also hiermit noch mal vielen Dank an Matthias und das Fired Up Team!

Mein Coaching mit Matthias Härter war sehr professionell. Ich wurde in meiner Person gut wahrgenommen und wir haben gemeinsam nach interessanten Berufsperspektiven gesucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das gute Jobcoaching und der Austausch auf Augenhöhe. Es hatten auch anderweitige Themen Platz und Raum erörtert zu werden. After my initial consultation with a FiredUp Space coach, I was anticipating a hands-on, guided approach based on their coaching expertise which would be tailored to the career concerns and challenges I communicated.

After a few sessions, I felt it necessary to steer the agenda and keep us focused, otherwise run the risk of not effectively using our time together. I did not get the sense that momentum would be maintained if I had not taken my own notes and organized direction in terms of agenda, next steps, and to-dos for each session.

In this way, the coaching felt more like the pairing of an accountability partner. We eventually reached a flow and compromise in working styles. My coach was thoughtful and friendly. But I did wish the accountability partner style was made clearer to me during the initial FiredUp Space consultation.

The deep work I did as a result of this coaching was invaluable. However, I felt it necessary to lean into project management in an unbalanced way in order to make the best use of the time. I found some useful resources in the online content.
