Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

I really enjoyed working with Natalya C and I am very grateful for the coaching experience. It never felt like a generic programme, but like support that was really adapted to my situation, my goals, and the challenges I was facing.

What I appreciated most was her honesty, structure, empathy, and practical approach. She helped me understand what was actually blocking me, whether it was confidence, skills, direction, or simply needing a clearer plan. The coaching went much deeper than application documents. It helped me understand the job market, recognise my strengths and blockers, clarify my direction, and turn everything into practical next steps.

Natalya was always positive, highly engaged, and often went the extra mile. She challenged me in a good way, helped me push my limits, and at the same time made me feel understood and supported. I also really appreciated the quick responses and flexible communication.

By the end of the coaching, I felt much clearer, more confident, and much better equipped for my next professional steps. In some ways, the process really changed how I see myself and what I am capable of. I highly recommend FiredUp GmbH, especially working with Natalya.

I worked with FiredUp and had a great experience, from the initial guidance, bureaucratic orientation to navigate everything seamlessly with the Agentur für Arbeit and then the career coaching itself (with Eva Greene), that helped me assess my (professional) core values and priorities, set up a working strategy for job hunting and also apply for Weiterbildung with MSIT. I can not recommend enough working with FiredUp!

I've worked together with Fired Up for an extensive Founders Coaching program (March - May 2026). Together with Livio Marcheschi and Julia Käppeler. This turned out to be the perfect match for me, where I was able to build a very strong and solid Business Plan with the extensive (German) market expertise of Julia and prepare myself in the best way possible for the entrepreneurship with the guidance of Livio. Could only recommend this to everyone who is thinking about making a next steps in their career (ie: becoming a founder of your own company).

Das Jobcoaching hat mir richtig gut gefallen und hat mir hilfreiche Werkzeuge für zukünftige Entscheidungen an die Hand gegeben. Die Offline-Module (vor allem das dritte und vierte) sind nützlich, um Lebenslauf und LinkedIn-Profil zu aktualisieren. Die Meetings waren der interessanteste Teil. Ich danke meiner Coachin Maya Puig, die mich mit Methode und Interesse begleitet und die richtigen Fragen gestellt hat. Wenn man sich wirklich engagieren, Klarheit gewinnen und vielleicht den Karriereweg neu ausrichten möchte, ist Fired Up der richtige Partner - und Achtung: die schwierige Arbeit übernimmt der Teilnehmer.

Working with Shamin has been a process that exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. She is deeply attuned, emotionally intelligent, and exceptionally perceptive. It didn't take her long to understand the essence of what I needed and what was most important for me to process.<br><br>I was genuinely surprised by both the depth of her work and how quickly she was able to put me at ease, creating a space where I felt comfortable opening up. Her holistic approach has not only helped me gain clarity about my future career path, but has also given me a deeper understanding of myself as a person.<br><br>I left our work together feeling more grounded, more self-aware, and better equipped to move forward with confidence.

This was my first time getting coaching of any kind and I can highly recommend Shamin and FiredUp.<br>I started coaching with the vague idea that, instead of looking for a new job, I wanted to transition to freelance work, but I wasn't confident this was compatible with the way my brain works or even knew how to get started.<br>From the first session, Shamin helped me be specific about what exactly I thought I would miss (rhythm, support and motivation) and think through how to get them. She helped me make those vague ideas concrete and take steps towards integrating them into my life.<br>I just did career coaching, but when I spontaneously decided to apply to the Gründungszuschuss, Shamin dedicated one of our last sessions to answering my questions, giving me tips and connecting me to some FiredUp resources to help with the application.<br>I ended the coaching already having taken concrete steps and with a clear idea of how to continue on my own.<br>Now it's been a few months since I finished coaching, I have been working with a client, my Gründungszuschuss application has been approved and I even started an accountability group to get some peer support along this journey.<br>Even though I am just at the start of this career phase, I have a level of confidence and clarity I couldn't have achieved without Shamin's excellent coaching.

I completed the job coaching program with Fired Up and it exceeded my expectations. The sessions were well structured, and Asel, my coach, created a safe space where I could explore my goals, strengths, and challenges honestly. I appreciated the mix of practical tools (CV, LinkedIn, job strategy) and deeper personal work (values, confidence, ikigai, 5-Year Odyssey map, and personal branding....).<br>I left the program with much more clarity, direction, and motivation.
