I have been working with Bo for around 10 months now. It is difficult to recommend a counsellor to anyone, as it really does depend on your goals, what you're dealing with, can you trust the counsellor and whether the approach suits you.

However if you do find it a good fit with Bo, my personal experience is that his techniques have really helped me gain a better understanding of myself, opened up new options for dealing with situations in my own life, supported me in getting to the point where I could take necessary but difficult decisions. In summary, I've moved forward in multiple areas through our work together.

Also, if you're looking for a LGBTQ+ inclusive counsellor I would recommend.
