Working out with Giulia is always a great pleasure. After every class, I’m energized and I sleep very very well! She helps me push past my normal strength while also respecting my body limits. Thanks to her 1:1 support, I have a strong foundation in my body, a better posture and more mobility. Giulia is very kind, supportive and understanding. I’m so glad I found her early on in my pregnancy.

In just 2 months of working with Giulia, I've gotten stronger. She helped me understand hormone balance and my nutrition. With her expertise and guidance on my posture and form while lifting weights, my knee pain is almost gone and I feel stronger. She's very kind, empathetic and it's a lot of fun working out with her.

Nach fünfzehn quasi sportfreien Jahren fing ich vor neun Monaten zu meinem 50. Geburtstag mit Krafttraining an. Seit drei Monaten ist Guilia meine Personal-Trainerin und sie macht es großartig! Mit individuellen Trainingsplänen, die auch meine Menopause, meinen schwachen Beckenboden und meine körperlichen Einschränkungen aufgrund vergangener Operationen berücksichtigen, mache ich Fortschritte, die ich kaum für möglich hielt. Meine Fitness, meine Kraft, meine Körperhaltung, mein Schlaf verbesserten sich auffällig und dank meines Trainingsplanes und Guilias Tipps, trainiere ich an jedem zweiten Tag auch zu Hause und im Urlaub.

Oggi ho conosciuto Giulia per la prima volta e mi ha seguito come personal training durante l'allenamento. Mi sono trovata molto bene! Ha cucito l'allenamento su di me e mi ha mostrato come eseguire ogni esercizio in sicurezza e ottimizzando al meglio il movimento. Giulia oltre a essere un'eccellente professionista, è molto simpatica e fa sì che l'allenamento sia ancora più piacevole e divertente. Assolutamente la consiglio!
