I had the privilege of working with Stef - an exceptional executive coach - at an important reflection point in my career.<br><br>Through thoughtful questions, attentive listening, and a structured approach, she helped me create clarity around where I want to go - both professionally and personally. Our work together gave me the space to step back, reflect on my values, and align my future decisions more consciously with what truly matters to me.<br><br>What stood out most was her ability to listen without judgment, challenge me in constructive ways, and help me organize complex thoughts into a clear direction. I never felt pushed toward an outcome, instead I felt supported in finding my own.<br><br>I’m grateful for the clarity and confidence I gained through our work together and would highly recommend her to any leader navigating change, growth, or important career decisions.
Stef gave a talk on Energy Management for Leaders at our company, and it was absolutely great! I left feeling energized, with many thoughts to reflect on and concrete action points. Beyond the content, Stef is incredibly inspiring and brings such a great, positive energy to the room. I’d absolutely recommend her sessions :)

Working with Stef as a coach was an absolute pleasure and incredibly effective. We planned to do around 10 sessions to help improve clarity with regard to my professional goals.
However, after two sessions we had already made so much progress that I decided that I would not need further coaching for now. Next time I need coaching, I will definitely come back to Stef :)

Ich kann das Coaching mit Stef wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe länger nach einem passendem Leadership Coaching gesucht und in Stefs Arbeit genau das gefunden, was ich gesucht habe: langjährige berufliche Praxis-Erfahrung trifft auf Coaching Expertise auf höchstem Niveau. Strukturiert, zielorientiert und gleichzeitig wahnsinnig emphatisch, herzlich und energiegeladen. Stef liebt das, was sie tut und das merkt man. Sie stellt die richtigen Fragen und hat immer das große Ganze im Blick, ohne das Ziel aus den Augen zu verlieren.
So habe ich innerhalb einiger weniger Stunden geschafft, Klarheit zu all meinen Fragen zu erlangen und meine selbstgesteckten Ziele zu erreichen.
