Stef delivered an outstanding performance at our internal event. Speaking in front of 300 people who were losing focus after a long day, she managed to grasp their attention and hold it for 45 minutes straight, engaging with them in a multitude of manners, using creative media and personalized content, appealing to each individual strengths. Stef managed to inspire the audience to embrace GenAI as a powerful co-pilot, delivering state-of-the-art knowledge and data points on what really makes us human. I already recommended Stef to other leaders and teams and will continue to do so!

Das Coaching bei Stef mit Schwerpunkt Personal Growth hat genau die Klarheit und Orientierung für eine neue berufliche Rolle gegeben, die ich brauchte für mehr Selbstvertrauen und unternehmerisches Denken. Es war eine extrem wertschätzende und doch neutrale Gesprächsumgebung in der Stef direkt ab der Session eine besondere und vertrauensvolle Connection hergestellt hat. I recently had the opportunity to work with professional coach, Stef Huber. In this experience I was able to get a new perspective on my goal along with new insights and awareness. From the moment the session began, I felt at ease, thanks to the Stef’s warm and professional demeanor.
The session itself was well-structured yet flexible, which I really appreciated. Stef was an excellent listener, asking powerful and thought-provoking questions that helped me dive deep into my thoughts and feelings. I went into the session with a general sense of direction but no clear path forward. By the end of our time together, I had gained clarity on my goal and felt empowered and motivated to take actionable steps.
What stood out most was Stef’s ability to guide the conversation without pushing or leading. Stef created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable exploring my goal, motivations and values.
