I took coaching sessions with Ashraf and that was a transformational experience for me. Ashraf guided me to understand myself, to reconnect with myself, to shift focus from external circumstances to me, from details to the most important. That made me re-consider many of my approaches, views and patterns, gave me a sense of direction, clarity on my way forward, and, what is most important, that taught me to enjoy my path, appreciate it in all of its forms. Ashraf "effortlessly" returned me to myself. Thanks to Ashraf, I now feel my power, my potential, my strength and am ready to experience and explore it to its fullest. Ashraf gave me more than words can express. He returned me to the source of my highest value, freedom, and the source turned out to be inside of me. Ashraf also made me understand that I am the change agent, not the external circumstances or people. To summarize: If you are stuck, feel desperate for whatever reason, do not know what to do, feel that life holds nothing good for you, take sessions with Ashraf.
