A great program that allowed us to keen do much about ourselves and know who we are and who we want to be as coaches . I started the Certified Professional Coach Program (CPCP) in January 2025 as part of my 86-hour Level 1 ICF-accredited coaching education, and it has been an incredibly enriching experience.

Ashraf is an outstanding trainer. His ability to combine structure, depth, and humanity makes the learning journey both rigorous and inspiring. He creates a safe and supportive environment where coaches are encouraged to grow, reflect, and truly embody the ICF competencies: not just understand them intellectually.

What I particularly appreciated is Ashraf’s presence as a trainer: clear, grounded, challenging when needed, and deeply respectful of each participant’s coaching style and journey. The program goes far beyond theory and offers strong practical integration, real feedback, and a high level of professionalism.

I would highly recommend the CPCP to anyone looking for a solid, ICF-aligned coaching foundation, delivered with integrity, clarity, and genuine care.

I'm currently finalising the coaching programme with Elite to receive my ICF accreditation, and I’m very happy I chose to train with Ashraf. He is not only an experienced coach but also someone who brings deep compassion to his work and truly coaches from the heart.

In addition to the coaching programme, I also completed the Lüscher Color Diagnostic Assessment with Ashraf. The themes that emerged from the assessment became the foundation for our coaching sessions, and this process has genuinely transformed my life and the way I see myself. I now feel confident, calm, and ready to take on the world one step at a time.

I recently concluded the program leading to my ICF certification with Elite Coaching and I can highly recommend! The program served as a wonderful foundation for me to expand my self-awareness, take leaps forward in my personal growth journey and develop strong coaching mindsets and skills. The program focuses a lot on understanding the emotional layers of our personal experiences and our views on the world, and helps us develop tools to process and understand our emotional realities and thereby unlocking new behavioural options and possibilities. Ashraf knows a lot about the topic and has developed his own unique approach to coaching as a result. Highly recommend!
