Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

Ich hatte mit Fired Up meine erste Coaching-Erfahrung überhaupt – in Form eines Karriere-Coachings. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden.
Die Kommunikation und Organisation waren von Anfang an super positiv und proaktiv. Im Entscheidungsprozess für einen passenden Coach habe ich mich sehr gut beraten gefühlt, und es wurde wirklich auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Dadurch war eine tolle Grundlage für die Coaching-Sessions geschaffen.
Es war eine Erfahrung, die ich wirklich jedem Menschen wünschen würde. Während des gesamten Coachings habe ich mich gesehen und ernst genommen gefühlt. Für meine weitere berufliche Laufbahn war es eine der bisher weiterbringendsten Erfahrungen.
Und noch viel wichtiger: Es hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht.

Absolutely loved Fired Up! I went in kind of skeptical since career coaching was new territory for me - but my coach, Stephen, very quickly removed all doubts and I have absolutely no regrets! I really recommend this, especially if you are on ALG and are able to use the government vouchers.

The entire staff I interacted with were really friendly and always went above and beyond to help out. As for coaching - I can really recommend Stephen : he has a very calming demeanor - something I very much appreciated having during a quite stressful unemployment period. As an experienced professional in a very niche field, I very much appreciated talking to, and relating to, another professional. What I liked the most is that Stephen not only supported me, but he also challenged me, always backing it up with very constructive ideas. I also feel like Stephen was genuinely invested in me and my career transition - this wasn't "just a job" to him, but he genuinely does have a caring and thoughtful character which is very evident in all our conversations.

One of my most meaningful adult life experiences started with enrolling in Fired Up's systemic coach course.

I am very thankful for my 1:1 coach Hale who sparred with me and encouraged me to go for what I deeply wanted, and Johanna whom I am still so inspired by how she led the first modules, providing us students the opportunities to shape our coach mindset. With Luca and Anna, their expertise and experience helped me to go deeper into topics I did not know I needed. Building the foundation of being a coach would not have been possible without them.

Lastly, thanks to Shamin who demonstrated sessions based on real scenarios and led the classes with genuine care and attentive listening, I was able to receive constructive feedbacks that helped me strengthen my coaching identity. I have yet to experience such a learning journey.

During the course, I felt genuinely supported by all facilitators and teachers including Clara and Chloe. If I could have this experience all over again, I would gladly do so!

Let's go Shamin!! Working with Shamin felt deeply supportive. I felt truly understood, heard, and taken seriously while also being honestly confronted with the reality and scale of things when needed. That balance meant a lot to me.
Beyond work-related goals, this had a strong personal impact. It gave me a sense of safety, clarity, and grounding, and helped me engage in conversations from a more honest and fundamental place.
Through our coaching, I gained clearer direction and was able to face challenges that felt overwhelming before. The combination of flexibility and straightforwardness provided both space and structure. What I especially appreciated was Shamin’s open-minded, pragmatic, and tailored approach. The collaboration with Fired Up Space was excellent and incredibly helpful in preparing a solid, professional application for the Gründungszuschuss at the Arbeitsagentur, while also helping me clarify the vision for my freelance business.

The Systemic Coaching course has been transformational for me. The team's preparation, delivery, engagement and support were outstanding. I have gained tools for life, not only for coaching. This has given me not only new tools, but also confidence to support other humans. The supportive cohort added to making it a safe and enriching experience.
