Das Job-Coaching von Fired Up hat mir in einer Phase der Neuorientierung unglaublich gut getan. Clara, die Gründerin, hat eine für mich sehr passende Vorauswahl der Coaches getroffen. Ich konnte zwischen zwei Optionen wählen und habe mich dadurch von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich bin sehr dankbar, mit der lieben Carolin Scheffold zusammengearbeitet zu haben.

I completed the AVGS-funded Gründungscoaching with Julia Karmo at Fired Up Space, and it was one of the most valuable experiences in my journey to self-employment.

Julia helped me build my business plan from scratch, structure my Finanzplan, and navigate the entire Gründungszuschuss application process with clarity and confidence. She is pragmatic, sharp, and genuinely invested in your success. Every session had a clear focus and I always left knowing exactly what to do next.

What I appreciated most was her honesty. She didn't sugarcoat things or tell me what I wanted to hear. She challenged my assumptions, caught details I would have missed, and helped me present my business in the strongest possible way.

As a bilingual coach launching a practice for people with disabilities and their families, I had a very specific and unconventional business idea. Julia understood it immediately and helped me position it strategically for the German market.
