Ich steckte fest, zweifelte an meinen beruflichen Entscheidungen und Fähigkeiten. Mein Coaching mit Matthias Härter brachte mir Erleichterung, dann Klarheit und Selbstvertrauen zurück. Gestärkt, mit modernisierten Bewerbungsunterlagen -das Interesse der Unternehmen stieg merklich- schaue ich positiv in die Zukunft.

Das Coaching bei Fired Up hat mich genau dort abgeholt, wo ich gerade stand. I loved the onoarding experience at fired up. It was swift and nice. The Job coaching gave me a structured place to find my strengths and my position in the market. The people at fired up and the coaches were beyond helpful and made it a journey worthwhile.

We started to work together on my transition from agile expert to freelance consultant, to land my first leads and contracts. Back then, I was focused on foundational work (website, LinkedIn) but struggling to clearly articulate my pitch or start conversations. Together we shifted from trying to prove my worth to creating value in every interaction. Livio’s templates helped me structure my offer and conversations, while simple scales gave me a way to track the value I was creating and my own internal state. The biggest unlock was reframing sales into something I don’t have to fear: “NO” became useful feedback, not rejection.

After this work, I can now confidently generate leads—I already have initial opportunities lined up and have had dozens of conversations. My time is focused on reaching out and creating opportunities, rather than hiding behind platforms or over-preparing. Completely different from a few months ago.

Now the question is simply: how many of those conversations can I create each week? Livio reminded me why a coach needs a coach.

Shamin was really helpful and also committed and engaged from the get-go. With only a few sessions we instantly dived in, and she gave me really valuable insights to CVs, cover letters and the interview process.
I feel more confident in how to approach applications. Focused, clear and with lots of information, Shamin was a great coach.
