Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

Die Zusammenarbeit mit Chris war eine bereichernde Erfahrung. Er hat mir geholfen, meine Stärken und Schwächen klarer zu sehen und gezielt weiterzuentwickeln. Mit ihm konnte ich sofort offen sprechen und eine vertrauensvolle Verbindung aufbauen. Durch sein Coaching habe ich viel über mich selbst gelernt und neues Selbstbewusstsein für meinen weiteren Weg gewonnen.

I received job coaching services from Fired Up and I am very satisfied with what I achieved during the process. The team was supportive and accommodating all throughout. I worked with Fareen Shaikh and Maya Puig as my coaches, and I couldn’t have asked for a better match. They both listened to my needs and offered different approaches and perspectives that helped me clarify what I wanted and approach my job search with more intention.

Really grateful this service exists where I had the chance to follow a coaching program with Elise! Working with her was such a great experience. She’s very helpful, supportive, a great listener, and genuinely cares about what you need.

Ich habe einen tollen Coach gefunden vor allem durch das Match making Programm bei fired up! Die Onlinekurse könnten man jedoch auf 3 Sessions reduzieren, sodass man mehr 1:1 mit seinem Coach hat (meiner Meinung nach) :)

I had the chance to work with Maya, and we went through pain point and fears in regard to my career path. I can definitely recommend working with her. I am thankful I had the chance to do this coaching.

Fired-up linked me up with Shamin as part of my coaching. We covered a lot of topics and her pragmatic and to the point style combined with a sense of safety allowed us to go deep fast and work without any distraction. It allowed me to reflect on my current state and what to work on next in order to continue the journey of development.

From our very first session, she made it easy to open up and created such a safe and comfortable space to reflect and grow.

Ich bin durch Zufall zu Anastasia gekommen, weil meine erste Coachin nach der ersten Session nicht mehr mit mir weiterarbeiten wollte. Das hat mich zuerst sehr enttäuscht. Heute bin ich aber froh darüber, denn Anastasia hat mir wirklich geholfen.

Ich war lange arbeitslos und hatte in dieser Zeit wenig Selbstvertrauen. Anastasia war immer sehr empathisch, ruhig und verständnisvoll. Sie hat mir geholfen, meine Situation besser zu sehen, meine Gedanken zu ordnen und wieder an mich selbst zu glauben.

Nach dem Coaching habe ich mich stärker und reifer gefühlt und hatte wieder Mut, Bewerbungen zu schreiben und Jobinterviews zu machen. Einige Monate später habe ich einen Job gefunden – und ich bin sicher, dass ihre Unterstützung mir dabei sehr geholfen hat.

Ich kann Anastasia als Coachin und Fired Up wirklich empfehlen. Eigene Wünsche, wie zum Beispiel mehr persönliche Sitzungen, wurden ohne Probleme berücksichtigt.
