Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

Das Coaching mit Fired Up hat mir sehr weitergeholfen. Die Kommunikation ist immer absolut positiv, jede E-Mail, jedes Telefonat. Die Lernmodule sind sehr gut konzipiert.
Mein Coach, Junko Okada, war einfach fantastisch. Sie ist ein absoluter Profi und hat mich so krass unterstützt. Nicht nur für meine berufliche sondern auch für meine persönliche Entwicklung habe ich viel gelernt. Ich habe mich in dieser Zeit wirklich weiterentwickelt und kann Fired Up nur jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen.
Es wird für mich in Zukunft immer die erste Adresse sein für Weiterbildungen und Coachings.

Ich bin sehr froh, das Berufscoaching mit Lisa Altenpohl gemacht zu haben. Es hat mir nicht nur in beruflichen Fragen weitergeholfen, sondern auch in meiner persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Besonders hilfreich war, dass ich ein klareres Verständnis meiner persönlichen Stärken, Werte und Motive gewonnen habe – und gelernt habe, wie ich diese künftig gezielt und sinnstiftend in meine Arbeit einbringen kann.
Darüber hinaus habe ich viele Impulse mitgenommen, wie ich besser auf meine mentale Gesundheit achten und ungesunde Muster frühzeitig erkennen kann. Lisas emphatische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ihr roter Faden und die passenden Übungen haben mich dabei optimal unterstützt. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut begleitet und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt.
Insgesamt war das Coaching eine sehr bereichernde Erfahrung, die mir nachhaltig Orientierung und Klarheit gegeben hat – sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich. Vielen Dank!

I’ve got founder coaching from Shamin and she was fantastic. She helped me to navigate through the journey, understand my strengths and weaknesses and guide me with both on the project and ecosystem which I am very new to. Fired Up — top. Thanks to Emmanuelle Wilhelm, I got a job in the creative industry and left Agentur für Arbeit. Now I work in a studio and see my future in a profession I wouldn’t have dared to imagine for myself before the coaching. I became more confident, gained a clearer sense of my values and needs, and started taking my skills more seriously. Two months after the coaching, I still use the insights from our sessions. I chose the HR Digital Management course very deliberately, after a lot of research and comparison. What convinced me to go with Fired Up instead of other providers at first was the admiration I had for its founder, Clara, an inspiring woman with a remarkable success story. But it did not stop there.

You can clearly feel that a lot of heart went into creating this course. Yana, the course creator, designed a program that is both well structured and deeply engaging. The mornings are filled with interactive live sessions that include short inputs, role plays, discussions, and group reflections. The afternoons offer a great balance between autonomy and guidance through self-paced learning. The materials, from videos and podcasts to articles, templates, and exercises, are all highly relevant and help me truly start thinking like an HR business partner.

What I appreciate the most is how this course has reframed the way I see HR. It brings the focus back to people, connection, and genuine understanding, while maintaining a clear strategic perspective. I’ve also met wonderful classmates, and the trainers and guest speakers, each an expert in their field, make every session meaningful and inspiring.

I can only recommend this course. It is valuable, modern, and full of heart.
