Erfahrungen mit Fired Up

I had the chance to be coached by Nicola Filzmoser for two months during the launch of my start-up and the development of my mobile app. This coaching experience was both invaluable and transformative, on a professional as well as a personal level.

Nicola is a coach with extraordinary humanity—deeply attentive, kind, and empathetic. She supported me through moments of doubt, understood my inner blocks, and encouraged me with incredible sensitivity and insight. Thanks to her, I felt supported, reassured, and empowered to move forward, even when facing the psychological challenges that come with starting a business.

But Nicola is also an exceptionally effective professional. Together, we set clear, concrete goals, which I was able to achieve step by step within a focused, calm, and inspiring framework. She helped me stay on track, bring my ideas to life, structure my project, and stay focused.

As an expert in the start-up world, she was able to answer all of my questions (there were many!) with clarity and precision. She shared valuable tools with me and even invited me to key events, such as pitching sessions in front of a jury to practice presenting my start-up. She gave me everything I needed to enter this complete new world with confidence and ease.

What I especially appreciated was her ability to adapt her coaching to my personality and my specific needs. Nicola brings together gentleness, flexibility, strength, and clear-sightedness. She is fully present, patient, and deeply committed to the success of those she supports.

In short: a coaching experience that is rich on a human level, and very powerful professionally. A real gift that I received!
