Ich hatte ein super erfolgreiches Coaching bei Rebecka H. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich so toll auf meine Kompetenzen gelenkt werde und so einen wunderbaren Austausch über mich und meine Perpektiven haben kann. Sowohl für meine Arbeitssuche als auch für mein Privates Feld hat mir das Coaching mit Rebecka geholfen. Der beste Start in mein Jahr mit viel Energie für neue Ziele und Lust meinen Beruf auf neue, frische Art fortzusetzen.

My experience with job coaching at Fired Up Space, specifically with Lisa, has been incredibly positive and empowering. From the very beginning, I felt supported and understood - not just in the coaching itself but also in navigating the bureaucratic aspects with the Job Center, which I was initially very worried about. The entire process far exceeded my expectations, as it adjusted to my needs and requests while still opening up my perspective on what job coaching can truly offer.

Through my sessions with Lisa, I gained clarity and confidence in what I need to feel safe and productive in a workplace. I learned how my skills and experiences can translate into different job positions, how to approach job interviews with a mindset that values my own needs as much as the employer’s, and how to negotiate my conditions and stand my ground. Most importantly, I was able to define my objectives and visualize a clear career path that I am now steadily walking on.

I started my coaching quite lost after graduation - and after carefully listening and taking the time to get to know me, Lisa provided me with the tools and the space I needed to sift through a mass of confused information, thoughts and reflections so that we could re-organize it and make sense of it together. She is someone I will look back on and remember as having played a meaningful role in my post-graduation journey. That said, I highly recommend her coaching to anyone looking for clarity, confidence, and empowerment in their life and job search <3
