I have really enjoyed working with Mareike. What initially drew me to working with her was her very similar background to my own (PhD in Chemistry), as well as her impressive and diverse experience spanning academia, big pharma, biotech startups, and different countries and cultures. The perfect experience to help you figure out whether you want to work in academia or industry, as well as advice on moving and living abroad.

Mir hat das Coaching mit Mareike sehr geholfen meine eigenen beruflichen Ziele konkret zu formulieren und meine nächsten Schritte zu erarbeiten. Mareike hat durch ihre empathische und wertschätzende Art eine offene Atmosphäre geschaffen, in der ich mich immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.
Innerhalb der ersten Session hat sie mir geholfen, mein Ziel klar und konkret zu formulieren. In den vier darauffolgenden Sessions hat sie mich, mit Hilfe von unterschiedlichen Methoden, unterstützt dem Ziel Etappenweise näherzukommen. Durch das komplette Coaching hat sich ein roter Faden gezogen. Außerdem ist sie flexibel auf individuelle Themenwünsche eingegangen.
Ich kann Mareike nur von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Sie hat es schafft mit mir gemeinsam meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen Stück für Stück herauszuarbeiten. Am Ende der fünf Sessions war ich selbst überrascht, wie klar meine Vorstellungen nun sind.
Ich freue mich nun darauf beruflich durchstarten zu können.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Mareike hat mir sehr gefallen, ich war durchgehend sehr gut aufgehoben. Es war eine Mischung von Struktur, Empathie, Wertschätzung, zielorientiertem Arbeiten und Spaß. Wir haben die Ziele, die ich mir für unseren Workshop vorgenommen habe, vollkommen erreicht. In den 4 aufeinander bauenden Sitzungen lag der Fokus jedes Mal auf einem anderen Baustein. Ich habe eine Vision, einen konkreten Plan und einen zeitlichen Ablauf für meine gewünschten Zielerreichungen.
