I underwent multiple coaching sessions with Mareike at the end of my PhD when I was looking for support to help find my career path and design effective strategies to define and achieve those goals. Mareike showed striking guidance skills, patience and remarkable flexibility in adopting appropriate strategies and tools to fit me. She also helped to make consistent plans that were implementable for me and fit my life realistically. I appreciated her open and supporting approach and found her coaching in these days very helpful and encouraging. I recommend getting to know her for any such requirements in the future. Overall very fruitful experience.
I enjoyed working with Mareike a lot. I booked her coaching program that she developed to support women gain more clarity. The refined program sets a great framework which Mareike is able to adapt to her clients individual situation and needs throughout the coaching. During the 10 sessions, she always made me feel seen, taken seriously and openly discussed my topics with me and guided me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mareike.

I have recently completed my FIRST career coaching program with Mareike, in her 'Own Your Career Path Coaching' program, and I don't know where to begin in this recommendation.
In the biotech, Pharma, engineering, and construction world that we find ourselves in where women are constantly trying to find where and how they fit, where they have impact and find fulfilment, we approach Mareike to help on this very specific task, but she takes this journey so much deeper than career and industry. When I started the program, I was on a path of trying to find the right fit of life leaders and mentors to learn from and Mareike has made such a positive impact on my journey of growth.
I chose to implement career coaching into this path, and while Mareike has a gift of remaining on topic and maintaining structure of how to improve in career, all of our sessions and her materials are applicable in a holistic way of living.
Mareike's calm and welcoming energy is so refreshing. She approaches every topic with thought-provoking questions, pure engagement, interest and never judgement. She genuinely listens to not only the words that are said, but also understands the meaning, intention and energy behind the words, and is excited to guide her clients to see themselves in a more graceful light and different perspective.
Over the past 5 months that I have worked with her, I learned so much about my foundational beliefs regarding myself and my place in my career, company, industry, role, and life, and even more importantly, how to challenge those beliefs to be kinder to myself along this journey.

With Mareike’s support I found my strengths, rediscovered my ambitions and learned to appreciate my uniqueness. Mareike was always very attentive in our session. Our session had a good structure and she was able to give me concrete advices to tackle deep routed believes that were not getting me anywhere. I can now see that I earned where I stand today and it wasn’t just luck that got me there.

Mareike is a very attentive, engaging, motivating, and at the same time goal-oriented coach.
