Wow, where to begin?  I contacted Alex after recognizing that I had reached a point in my life where I needed direction and self-confidence. Alex is an incredible, positive, and inspiring coach, and I am so happy I started on this journey with him. After our first discovery call, I knew this was the coach I wanted to work with, he listened to me, and I can tell he understood what I was trying to accomplish. Coaching Alex has transformed my life so much in the last two months that I cannot express it in words. His coaching method blows my mind to the point that I ask, How did you do that? He also challenged me to think differently and helped me to take responsibility on actions toward the goals I wanted to accomplish. He always asked questions, to help me find what lies at the core of the issue, and reveals the problems I did not know were holding me back.  I started the most important thing to me the strength to love and believe in myself. I've often heard those words but never fully understood or believed them myself. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have found Alex as a coach and as a fantastic human. There's still a long way to go on this journey, but Alex has opened up a whole world of possibilities, a new way of thinking and reacting to situations, and given me the tools to keep learning and evolving.

I started training with Alex more than two years ago. I didn't know what to expect at first, as it was my first coaching experience ever. My sessions with Alex have always been enjoyable and I have learned a lot about myself and my inner guide from them. The sessions always felt like safe space to discuss whatever was on my mind and the conversations were always honest and open to discussion.
Alex helped me visualize the roadmap of my career journey, and also equipped me with tools for my own self-development. I have to be honest, I will really miss our coaching sessions. Although I know that he will help others as he has helped me.
