Meine erste Begegnung mit Robert, auch wenn schon einige Jahre her, ist mir immer noch lebhaft in Erinnerung. Ein junger Mann, strotzend vor Tatendrang, positiven Vibes & großem Charisma spricht von einer mir damals gänzlich unbekannten Weise, Teams zu organisieren & Arbeit nicht nur schneller erledigt zu bekommen, sondern auch noch zu höhere Zufriedenheit der Stakeholder und Kunden. Ich war damals ganz frisch im Software Development reingerutscht & weiß noch, dass ich dachte, das klingt alles viel zu schön um wahr zu sein.

Drei Jahre später bin ich nun selbst Scrum Masterin in eben diesem Unternehmen, dass Robert damals in seinen anfänglichen Schritten hin zur Agilen Arbeitsweise maßgeblich an die Hand genommen & begleitet hat. Ohne Robert wären unsere Firme nicht da, wo wir heute sind & ich hätte niemals meine Leidenschaft & künftigen Karriereweg beschreiten können.

Agile Transformation ist tricki, aber wenn ihr Management wirklich bereit ist sich zu ändern um etwas zu verändern, dann kann ich mir niemand besseren als Robert vorstellen, der sie hierbei führt :)

I worked with Robert for several years. During this time he helped our teams to improve the quality and predictability of our software delivery. Robert guided the teams to identify problems, gave information on the industry best practices how to solve similar issues, and helped the team to work out a tailored approach most suitable for each team needs. So the organisation also learns how to improve on their own, and not just depend on an agile coach to tell them what to do.

Besides the functional knowledge of project management and team operations Robert has great communication and personal skills. He always knew how to manage team mood, mediate tense conversations, and make sure everybody on the team had a voice from management to the quietest introvert.
