Roman is a great professional coach! He helped me look at some of my thinking patterns and beliefs in a more objective way that gave me clarity on what was keeping me from being confident in my sales conversations and in the direction I want to take my business. What I became aware of in the professional areas of my life also connected to personal areas, too, and has positively affected me holistically!

Really positive experience with Roman! He has a very calm and open demeanor that makes it easy to share your thoughts and experiences with him. During the session I felt that he asked very relevant questions and helped me be the one to come to realizations and conclusions based on my experience. He is an excellent listener and was able to recall small details I mentioned throughout the session and bring them up to create a relevant picture of a situation. I ended the session with some helpful tools that I'm eager to apply. Highly recommend!
