I've had the pleasure of meeting with Roman twice now, and I'm totally impressed. Their open and compassionate approach to emotions and vulnerability put me at ease. The advice I received was very helpful, and I am looking forward to our next session. Definitely recommended!
Roman hört sehr gut zu, stellt clevere (Zwischen-)Fragen und hilft kompetent, ruhig, und sehr präzise dabei, die eigenen inneren Themen anzugehen, aufzuarbeiten, und Lösungen zu entwickeln. Mir hat das Coaching sehr geholfen und ich bin dankbar dafür, durch Roman mehr Mut und Klarheit zum Bewältigen meiner Baustellen bekommen zu haben.

Das Coaching mit Roman war eine sehr wertvolle und bereichernde Erfahrung! Nach dem abgeschlossenen Master und dem Wechsel vom eigenen Startup zur Festanstellung hatte ich zu Beginn mit den neuen & ungewohnten Strukturen, Erwartungshaltungen und Prozessen zu kämpfen. Roman hat mich hier unterstützt meine Gedanken zu ordnen und mir durch seine cleveren und aufmerksamen Fragen geholfen den Ursprung der Baustellen zu identifizieren, um so wieder Klarheit und Lockerheit in meinen Arbeits-, aber auch meinen privaten Alltag zu bringen. Besonders beeindruckend fand ich, dass es Roman regelmäßig geschafft hat bei mir einen Perspektivwechsel hervorzurufen und ich auch aus jeder Session mit ihm mit mehr Energie hinausgegangen bin!
