Ich hatte das Vergnügen, an einem Online-Training "Vom Kollegen zum Vorgesetzten" mit Bettina teilzunehmen und bin begeistert!
Besonders beeindruckend war, wie sie es geschafft hat, trotz der räumlichen Distanz im Online-Format eine echte Nähe und Verbundenheit in der Gruppe aufzubauen.
Das Training war extrem interaktiv. Jeder Teilnehmende wurde aktiv eingebunden und konnte mitwirken, was die Lernatmosphäre sehr lebendig gemacht hat.
Durch ihre umfassende Coaching-Erfahrung hat Bettina nicht nur Theorie vermittelt, sondern uns auch unglaublich wertvolle, sofort anwendbare Tipps und Werkzeuge für den beruflichen und privaten Alltag mitgegeben. Für mich ein Mehrwert, der weit über das eigentliche Training hinausgeht.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Training bei ihr buchen. Wer nach einem interaktiven, tiefgehenden und inspirierenden Training sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
