I had several coaching sessions with Bettina and cannot recommend her enough!
I learned a lot about me as a leader, how I can improve and how I can use my strengths in an efficient way.
Bettina's coaching for sure impacted my development in the last months previous to my promotion :)
The sessions were really creative, open and in a great atmosphere. She challenged me with her questions so that I can really understand my thoughts and structure them in a meaningful way. After the sessions, I always had new ideas and new motivation to put everything into practice!
