Amazing scenery and signposting very well done, people super nice and stops well managed, could’ve been more food or variation of food at stops maybe as well as a more organised start (realise weather played an impact in this )
The weather was horrendous, but one experience and achievement Was fantastic. I ran with my son, It was his first ultra event, and what an ultra to take on. The Aid stations were spaced just right, the volunteers were friendly and helpful. The event was awesome. I would recommend this event to my running buddies. I have also made a video of my adventure, which is posted to the Cornish Runner channel on YouTube. Thank you all so much for rememberable awesome event…
Always enjoy Endurancelife events! They never disappoint.
Such a great day out. Super well organised and rewarding. Nothing but good vibes. It was a particularly tricky one this year running into 50mph headwinds but I guess this is why they are called ‘endurance’ events! Amazing support and organisation from start to finish. Will be doing it again 💪💪💪
Great event. Well organised, fantastic course along the coast. Logistics were easy to coordinate. GPS trackers would have been good to track the participants
Great organisation, good support, amazing route if somewhat overgrown in places. Loved staff appearing with cowbells just when needed
Very well organised, loads of fun and extremely friendly.
If you're thinking about it.... Do it
Classic Quarter 26 - An amazing event and so well supported. I couldn’t get over how well stocked the water/feeding stations were and the crews were really helpful! Highly recommend.
The route is great - fantastic views and a mix of flat and hilly trail. The support from spectators and from Endurance Life staff was also fab, especially in the terrible weather! I think though there are some things that could be improved - chip timing and timing mats, rather than queuing up to have a bar code scanned; more water dispensers at the aid stations and ideally with a tap not a very slow foot pump, which meant more queues waiting; and even if the aid station food is kept simple, the final checkpoint had pretty much run out when I got there (and there was still about half the field behind me to come through), a few more bananas doesn’t cost much but does make a difference to a tired runner!
