Erfahrungen mit LDP GROUP

Was lucky enough to come across LDP's advertisements on Facebook. And from then onwards it was pretty much smooth sailing. Nicholas was extremely helpful, informative and dedicated to our objectives. Granted that there were some hiccups along the way but he managed to solved problems and gave us his word. We are extremely please with LDP and will definitely work with them when opportunity arises.

Hey Mark, hey Reza,

What a journey it has been advising you on your first property in Germany, and its capital haha! I very much appreciate your trust along the way. I'm incredibly proud of how we handled every situation with a highly solution-oriented mindset, and we were all rewarded with a 100% financed, cash-flow-positive pre-tax property!

I'm really looking forward to completing our next purchase together, and I can't wait for another dinner at Noosh!

Warm regards,

Nicholas

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience buying with LDP Group. As a first-time buyer, I was initially anxious about the process, but Abdo was there to support me from day one. He walked me through every single detail, and honestly, everything he promised was delivered exactly as said.

What blew me away was how incredibly smooth and hands-off the entire process was for me, Abdo & the Team handled absolutely everything from start to finish, and I’m the proud owner of exactly the deal I wished for in Munich.

The communication was top-notch with quick responses to all my questions, no matter how many times I asked for clarification.

On top of that, the apartment renovation was phenomenal and matched the presentation models perfectly. If you are looking to invest in Munich, I highly recommend working with LDP Group. They truly go above and beyond.

From one Abdelrahman to another, it was my pleasure to be able to accompany you on this journey.

Now an official Owner in the Moosach Grundbuch, what a feeling haha. I am super happy you enjoyed the process so much and i cant wait to run it back again for the second, third and many more properties to come.

We had an excellent experience investing in real estate through this company. From the very beginning, our contact person, Nicholas, was highly reliable, professional, and always ready to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

What we appreciated the most was how carefully he understood our financial situation and suggested a property that perfectly matched our budget and expectations. He also arranged a property viewing together with the seller, which made the entire process transparent and comfortable for us.

The documentation process was very clean and well organized, and all important documents were also provided in English, which was extremely helpful. The financing process and notary appointment went very smoothly — honestly, we can’t complain about anything. Nicholas even acted as our official translator during the notary appointment, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to invest in real estate professionally and stress-free.

Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure working with the both of you throughout the journey!

Im really glad I could help find a property that hit the mark for your budget and goals. I know how much of a difference it makes to have those documents in english and a familiar
face at the notary, so Im happy I could provide that extra layer of support to keep things stress free :)

I really appreciate you trusting me with your investment. Congratulations again, and please dont hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything else.

Cheers,

Nicholas

Abdo from LDP

Working with LDP and especially Lars Strubel was an outstanding experience. The consultation was not only highly professional, but also genuinely enjoyable, we laughed a lot, and I always felt fully taken care of.

Lars was friendly, reliable & incredibly supportive in every step of the processs. Even with a challenging financing situation, he handled everything with patience, expertise, and proactive guidance. Everything he promised was delivered exactly as discussed.

What impressed me most...even after the purchase, the support continued smoothly. The coordination with the tax advisor & rental management worked perfectly.

My husband, who was very skeptical at first, now wants to buy a property aswell because the entire experience was so convincing.

I can highly recommend LDP without hesitation :))!!

Working with Fynn Oellerich from LDP was super smooth. The whole process was relaxed, we had great conversations, and I always felt supported.

Fynn took care of everything, kept things transparent and stress-free. Everything happened exactly as he said it would.

Highly recommend working with Fynn and LDP. Top experience!

I can absolutily recommend Nicholas and LDP. From first meeting we had a great dialouge and built a trustfule relationship. I have now accepted my first property and I am already thinking about the next one. The product they provide is perfect for a person in my position where I dont have any extra time out of work, struggle with the language but still would like to invest in real estate. Nicholas went through the whole process, kept me updated and did all the work I would have most likely never been able to do. I am very happy with the process!!!

Hey Vilhelm,

Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, I feel that our timing turned out to be exactly right: from finding the right property to securing a wonderful mortgage and building a strong partnership along the way. I’m looking forward to managing your first property and helping you acquire your second :)

Cheers,

Nick

I purchased a property earlier this year and decided to refurbish it myself. Between arranging financing, coordinating with builders, and dealing with multiple tenants, the entire process was a non-stop headache. So when I first came across LPD and spoke with Abdo, I’ll admit I was skeptical.

After several meetings and reviewing a few potential properties, Abdo gradually won me over. The numbers made sense, the structure was clear, and I decided to take the plunge.

I have to say—everything Abdo promised played out exactly as described. LPD handled the entire process end-to-end: sourcing the right flat, arranging financing, managing the construction company, and coordinating with the estate agents for tenant placement. Everything went smoothly without a single hitch, and I am now the owner of a fully let 3-room property in Munich.

The experience was so seamless that I’m already planning my second flat with Abdo for early 2026. I can confidently recommend him to anyone looking to secure an investment property in Germany.
