What I appreciated most was the personal attention, transparent communication, and knowing I could rely on Abdo whenever I needed guidance. I would highly recommend LDP group and must say that collaboration with Nicholas.
I wanted to give 10 stars but can’t :)
I was always keen on buying properties in Germany but I had a specific interest and point of. My requirements were not easy, but Nicholas fought to get everything as per my wishes so that it fits the plan and finally we found the property meeting all my requirements.
I hope our collaboration continues forever, and I wish all the success to LDP group.
I purchased my first investment property with LDP, and Nick was fantastic to work with. While I speak some German, I’m not completely fluent, and my past experiences with other local brokers didn’t come close to the level of service LDP provides. Nick was always available to answer my questions—regardless of the time or day—making the entire process seamless. Their turnkey service was a huge relief; having a clear, step-by-step roadmap and financial projection took all the stress out of dealing with German paperwork, legal requirements, and landlord responsibilities. I highly recommend LDP and am very glad I chose to work with them
Although things didn't go exactly as planned in my case due to various unforeseen circumstances, I want to sincerely thank Lars Strubel for his intensive efforts and dedication. I had a very positive experience with LDP Group when purchasing my first investment property in Munich.
As an expat, I particularly valued being able to navigate the entire process in English. Abdo and the team were knowledgeable, responsive and always willing to answer my many questions. The financing process was not without challenges, especially because banking requirements changed along the way, but LDP’s relationships with multiple banks helped us find a solution.
The renovation was completed on time and matched the original renderings. I also received regular updates and photos throughout the work. Even a minor issue identified during the handover was resolved the following day.
What impressed me most was the support after the purchase. When an unexpected problem arose with the first tenant, Abdo personally intervened and coordinated with the property-management team, even though this was no longer directly his responsibility. The issue was resolved, and the apartment is now fully rented.
LDP Group made a complex real-estate investment much more manageable. I appreciated the team’s professionalism, accessibility and practical experience, and I would happily work with them again.

I can highly recommend Abdo. His knowledge and proffesionalism is highly appreciated. Having talked to many other immobelien Anbieters, I can personally say that the LDP group has quite fair offers and are very transparent through the entire process. Although we unfortunately did not go ahead with the property we felt in very good hands and you can see the willingness to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy
