I had a very positive experience with LDP Group when purchasing my first investment property in Munich.
As an expat, I particularly valued being able to navigate the entire process in English. Abdo and the team were knowledgeable, responsive and always willing to answer my many questions. The financing process was not without challenges, especially because banking requirements changed along the way, but LDP’s relationships with multiple banks helped us find a solution.
The renovation was completed on time and matched the original renderings. I also received regular updates and photos throughout the work. Even a minor issue identified during the handover was resolved the following day.
What impressed me most was the support after the purchase. When an unexpected problem arose with the first tenant, Abdo personally intervened and coordinated with the property-management team, even though this was no longer directly his responsibility. The issue was resolved, and the apartment is now fully rented.
LDP Group made a complex real-estate investment much more manageable. I appreciated the team’s professionalism, accessibility and practical experience, and I would happily work with them again.

Mein Immobilienkauf mit der LDP Group hätte nicht besser laufen können, Abdo war immer erreichbar und hatte antworten auf alle meine Fragen! Der Prozess war aus Käuferperspektive denkbar stressfrei, außer ein paar Zoom Calls und die Übermittlung meiner Dokumente musste ich nicht aktiv werden.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen eine Erstberatung mit der LDP Group empfehlen!
Was lucky enough to come across LDP's advertisements on Facebook. And from then onwards it was pretty much smooth sailing. Nicholas was extremely helpful, informative and dedicated to our objectives. Granted that there were some hiccups along the way but he managed to solved problems and gave us his word. We are extremely please with LDP and will definitely work with them when opportunity arises.

Auch wenn sich die LDP Group auf Expats fokussiert, haben mich vor allem das Konzept und die Qualität des Services und Produkts überzeugt.
Die Zusammenarbeit war von Anfang bis Ende absolut strukturiert, transparent und gleichzeitig sehr angenehm. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Erfahrung gearbeitet wird und die Prozesse sitzen.
Besonders stark fand ich, dass alles genauso umgesetzt wurde, wie es im Vorfeld besprochen war. Auch nach dem Kauf lief alles reibungslos weiter, sei es mit Steuerberater oder Mietmanagement.
