I had an excellent experience working with LDP Group and Abdo throughout my property purchase. From the very first consultation, Abdo was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. What really stood out to me was how patient he was in explaining every step clearly — I always felt informed and supported, even when things got a bit complex.
Communication was always timely and transparent, which made the entire journey stress-free. Abdo and his team took care of everything — from financing to tenant management — and handled it all with impressive efficiency. What I appreciated most, though, was how personal the experience felt. It never came across as just another transaction; Abdo truly wanted me to feel comfortable and succeed with my investment.
Thanks to his guidance, I was able to complete my first property purchase with confidence and peace of mind. I can highly recommend working with Abdo and the LDP team — they combine expertise, integrity, and genuine care in a way that’s hard to find in this industry. I’m already looking forward to working with them again :)
Nick did a fantastic job in helping me do my first investment in a 3 room apartment in Munich. I think I received great advises, about locations and rentability, then he contacted the bank and secured a loan with the interest that we agreed on, it was 100% financed. He also helped with all the translations during the purchase (I am a foreigner and my German language skills are limited). So I totally recommend LDP Group.
We Nicks stick together! But on a serious note, I really appreciate your trust and I’m happy to have delivered on my promises. This is exactly what we founded LDP for :)
Cheers,
-Nick
Working with LDP on my property purchase was a very positive experience. From day one, I felt I was in good hands. The team was professional, approachable, and always ready to answer my questions. They walked me through each step of the process with patience and clarity, which made something that usually feels complicated much easier to manage.
What stood out most was the consistency of their communication; always clear, timely, and honest. I never felt left alone at any point; from the first consultation all the way to the handover, I knew I had the right support.
Having dealt with other companies in Germany before, I can honestly say the difference was huge. those experiences were frustrating and often left me feeling unsupported. In contrast, LDP made the entire journey smooth and reassuring, which really highlighted how exceptional their service is.
In the end, not only did I complete my property purchase with confidence, but the investment itself is performing even better than expected. For anyone who wants to secure their money, benefit from smart tax strategies, and feel supported along the way, I can strongly recommend LDP.
Hafez we know we told you this before but here it is again:
We are proud and equally happy, if not happier, that you finally recieved the property and device you truly deserve.
And we applaud you that through your terrible previous experience with others, you still had the courage and drive to keep investing! And thank god you stumbled upon the right provider this time ;)

Interesting concept and professional service. I haven't decided to use the service eventually but all my interactions with LDP were insightful and helpful.
Thank you so much for the kind words, Jacek! It really means a lot that you took the time to leave a review, even without moving forward (yet 😊). I truly enjoyed our conversations and your thoughtful approach throughout. Always happy to support however I can, and I’m looking forward to checking in with you in a couple of months. All the best until then!

I have been in contact with many other providers however I have not met the type of service and this class of product in any other business. Thank you and I’m looking forward to seeing it realize!
Hey Maher,
That really means a lot to us, thank you! We put a lot of effort into making this a top-tier experience, and we’re just as excited to see it come to life with you and even more excited towards your second investment :)
Yet to buy a property but so far the support & insights provided by Nick( from LDP) in this real estate journey is commendable.
Hey Shruthi, thank you very much for your honest review. We put a lot of emphasis on actually advising / educating our clients on the complex matter of real estate.
We ensure a strong partnership along the whole process.

Very competent and friendly advice. The subject of real estate was always very difficult, and even more difficult in German. I always put it off because you can do a lot of things wrong. The consultants at LDP explained everything to me and did all the work for me.
I can now focus on my work and build up a real estate portfolio at the same time.
Thank you, Rafael! Glad we could make the process easier for you, and we’re excited to see your real estate portfolio grow!
Great advice and an unbeatable concept!
I myself already own my first property in Munich and even with needing to leave to Lithuania for work the guys also took care of everything for me. Though I’m no longer in Germany, my investment property is still running as we envisioned, and actually a bit better conditions than we even calculated with.
A clear recommendation for all people who want to make more of their money and save their taxes in Germany!
Thats our pleasure Mr. Ossman! Great to hear that everything is running even better than expected. We’re happy to have supported you, and wish you best of luck in Lithuania!
Even when you very rarely leave a review, you still did for us! We can only say thank you and was genuinely our pleasure to accompany you through this journey, you trusting in us delivering every single second, and that it was fruitful. Congratulations on your "champions league" property haha and we are looking forward to the second one even more than you are ;)
