LDP Group (LDP Immobilienberatung GmbH), based in Grünwald near Munich, is a specialized real estate investment advisory for expats and international investors in Germany. We turn what is usually the hardest market for foreigners to enter – German real estate, with its German-language contracts, notary processes and bank financing – into a fully managed, English-language investment experience.
